LOOK WHAT WE DID!

Two Summers ago Jim built a play set for the little girls in the back yard. This year I wanted a picnic table by the play set so we could have fun picnics. We looked every where for one but we could only find the plastic one, I knew in time they would fade and the wind might blow it away. For Family Home Evening the other night Jim, Christina and I made one. It took us 2 1/2 hours ! For real! And now we have a wonderful little picnic table. Can't wait to have our first Picnic! It will be so fun!

Christina and Cian.

Christina has always wanted an Irish wolfhound. While I was surfing the net one day I found a site on Irish Wolfhounds, the family that owned them where from Mason, Ohio Just a couple of hours from us. Christina called and found that they where expecting puppies She was so excited! The puppies where born on January 1, 2007. We brought Cian home in March. He is now 18 months old and such a wonderful boy, he loves children and just people in general. He is quite large and some are afraid of him but I don’t think he wouldn’t hurt any one. But I do believe he would protect his family and those he loves

I thought the first post for our family blog would be decitated to Jim, He has always been such a wonderful husband and father. This summer he as been helping to coach a (5-8) little girls softball team. He has been wonderful as he has helped them to learn the game, while teaching them that the most important thing is to have fun!
